Important Notes:
Asia and Middle East: In most countries in these regions, CBD is either highly restricted or completely illegal.

European Union (EU): CBD derived from hemp with less than 0.2% THC is generally allowed across the EU, but local regulations can vary.
United States: While federally legal, certain states have specific regulations on CBD products.
Australia and New Zealand: Both countries have very strict regulations and generally only allow CBD for medicinal purposes with a prescription.
2. Processing Time

3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 Business Days.

- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm BST
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 within the United Kingdom, for international free shipping a minimum order value of £125 applies, below this minimum order value, you will incur a charge set by the carriers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note the following:

Purely Potent is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office.
